Elections for the CHU Sainte-Justine Users’ Committee

Pursuant to the Act respecting health services and social services, the CHU Sainte Justine, which also includes the Centre de réadaptation Marie Enfant (CRME), wishes to elect a Users’ Committee that is representative of its entire patient base.
The Users’ Committee, the duties of which are outlined in section 212 of the Act, represents the institution’s users and promotes their interests to the Board of Directors.
Elections will take place during the annual general meeting, held on Monday, September 9, 2013, at 6 p.m., in the boardroom (room 8132) on the 8th floor, at CHU Sainte Justine, 3175 chemin de la Côte Sainte-Catherine, Montréal.
At least five members will be elected for a three-year term.

Any current or former recipient (or their representative) of services at the CHU Sainte-Justine can become a member of the Users’ Committee. Anyone interested in running for election must call the secretary of the Users’ Committee no later than 3:30 p.m. on August 30, 2013, at 514-345-4931, ext 5380. All users and their representatives are welcome to attend the annual general meeting of the Users’ Committee for the purposes of electing the members and recapping the events of the past year.
