As the mother of two boys, including one who is gravely ill, the Users’ Committee has touched me personally.

Unfortunately, when your child is sick, it affects the whole family. In difficult times, we’re more vulnerable, and parents or patients often don’t know where to direct their concerns.

I’ve always been a listener who enjoys helping people. I think that my personal experience with my son’s illness—and with Hôpital Ste-Justine—makes me a positive asset for the team.

Whenever I get involved in anything, I give it 100%. In spite of all the changes in my son’s health condition and schooling, and in my and my husband’s busy work schedules, I decided to join this volunteer parents’ committee.
